I have bought a Bumble & Bumble texture creme and never received it!
I have tried to reach them through an e-mail, but, logging into my account, I have discovered there wasn't any order recorded: practically, they have sent me the order confirmation via e-mail, they took my money, but never registered my order! I wrote them but had no reply.... I have NO WORDS for this! Nowadays it should safe to buy online!
