i ordered a birthday present with plenty of time to spare but after 10 days i had nothing, i called and was told it would arrive the following day, i was told this for 5 days running as i called each day - on the 6th i elevated it and was told Monday as a definite - not likely! i called again and was told this time my item was lost and would be resent by next day postage - it wasnt, this somehow slipped the net and it was sent 2nd class!!! 2nd class lol, it finally arrived after 25 days missing the birthday
for my trouble i got a small bag of samples and a letter of apology (which i requested! (letter))
i will never use lookfantastic again, or recommend it to anyone! apaling service
