My order was shipped and my credit card charged on Jan 29th. Delivery was supposed to arrive by Feb 7th. One week later it still has not arrived. After calling customer service, my information is that I have to wait up to 21 days, before calling them about my order. They have provided me with an invalid tracking number and are not able to provide a correct one. So I have no idea, where my order is stuck or whether it was shipped in the first place! I find the delivery time to Germany way too long! Also lack of information does not help! I start to wonder, if they shipped my order at all! If I would have ordered from my usual online shop, I would have paid a bit more, but would have had my products 2 weeks ago already! Stupid me for not reading the reviews first, but do not make the same mistake and order from Lookfantastic!!!
