On 31st May 2014,I purchased 12 Gillette Fusion Proglide blades at a cost of £21.97 from GoodHealth-Direct.Com.
I had an immediate reply confirming my order and informing me that delivery would be 5-7 days.
On 12th May,the order had not arrived so I attempted to telephone their Customer Services but all I got was a recorded message that the number had a fault.
I sent an email cancelling my order and on 14th May,I received a reply apologising for the inconvenience and promising a refund within 3-5 days.
9 days later and no refund has been forthcoming.
I have attempted to telephone GoodHealth-Direct.Com but the line still has a fault message.
