“Unhelpful and contradictory information given”

Customer service Staff are unhelpful, give contradictory advice and information. And renage on compensation offered. This is a completely untrustworthy organisation and I would not recommend them to anyone

“Can’t careless shop”

Ordered a hoist and a white glove delivery service, at the beginning of August for my bed ridden mothers return from hospital. Waited and waited. Finally got a call 27th August to say they would be delivering 3rd September, by this time my mother was already home. I paid £132 for just the white glove delivery and they never turned up. I have written called and complained, and I still haven’t received the hoist. My mum hasn’t been able to be showered, get out of bed to sit in a chair or put in a wheelchair for two weeks now and I have no idea when I will get the hoist…….

“No customer care not intrested in helping on there mistkes”

I have ordered product that they put in wrong on there website but instead of them emailing me to say they don't have the product once I realise a month down the line I don't have it I have to email them for them to say they don't have the item and it was mistake no communication or apology from them nd instead of ordering the different one I asked for they took over a week to reply which led to that one also being out of stock made it really difficult to get a refund nd wouldn't apologise or give details of complaints procedure if another place in UK sold the products I wanted I would avoid this place all together. Poor customer care and service don't make the effort to amend errors or even apologise for there mess up and inability to update there website.

ABSOLUTELY do not care about customer service. if you had no star option that is what I would give!!! delivery shambolic, items missing. And when you eventually get your calls put through. All you get is an dismissive attitude, take it or leave it. or if you do not like it, we will give you a refund. What a firm!!!!

Ordered what I assumed was a cup and lid (through Amazon) from Complete Care, I was disappointed that i was sent a lid only at a cost of just under £6. After contact i was informed this was indeed the price for the lid only. I ordered the exact same product from another company where I purchased the 2 lids with the cups for £8. Have informed Complete Care I will never buy from them again!!!

“Terrible customer service - dont use!”

Terrible customer service. Ordered a batwing pillow with pillowcases for very ill elderly mother. Over a week later the pillowcases arrived but no pillow. Spoke to them and was advised they would send another one straight away. Over a week has passed and still no pillow. They now say they are dispatching today on 48hr service and I have requested next day due to the unacceptable delay. Still not confirmed they will do this. Absolutely shocking service - I would not recommend at all !!

Terrible customer service. Tells lies about picking and dispatching then denys saying it. Call centre staff and manager has a very bad attitude problem. Use amazon instead and get faster delivery

“Suction Bar faulty”

After many years use on holiday we decided to upgrade our bathroom suction bars. We bought the easy bar suction grab rails for £15.95 each and we bought 3. We do not pay vat as my husband has had MS for 30 years. We use a bath board and rails when we go away to I can help my husband bathe safely. These grab rails are the worst thing we have ever bought from the complete care shop. They worked for 2 days and then neither my husband or I could attach the rails to the flat tiles in the bathroom. We even asked for help at the hotel from a young fit man and he could not get them to fix on the tiles safely. 4 suction pads worked but that meant that two of the bars only had one pad working and the bars slipped when used. The green and red markers did not work sometimes the green marker was on show when the bar was not attached and the red marker was on show all the time even when the bar was attached to the tiles. We left the bars behind at the hotel with a note saying . Do not use, faulty and dangerous. I have now sent for the 'old' type bars we had previously. ( I have been sent the wrong items and am waiting for yodel to collect them to be returned and them my order can be sent to me. Yodel were due on Thursday and did not call. Now we have a collection day on Tuesday so hope they come this time). I have never felt my husband was so in danger of falling when I bathed him. It was not a pleasant part of our day on holiday. We have not been offered a refund and we have had to pay for the new bars ordered. Poor service this time from a usually reliable company I have since placed another order for a new rubber bathmat. I will use this company again but have been left with a feeling of being let down by them on this occasion and hope for better in the future.

“Very poor service - do not use this company”

Ordered a shower chair for my father in April. After a couple of weeks, I received a message apologising for delay in delivering orders, owing to warehouse move. Money was taken from my account immediately but still no product. Emails not responded to. Finally got through on the phone to cancel my order. I was told a full refund would be processed, 2 weeks later, no refund. I have asked PayPal to pursue on my behalf. Do not use this company.

“Do not buy from them - the place is shambolic”

Ordered a wheelchair a month ago. They e-mailed about a delay due to warehouse move and promised a refund if we wanted it. We e-mailed to cancel, they've never replied, never refunded and when we called them we were in a queue for 10 minutes before being cut off. We ordered elsewhere and got a wheelchair the next day. We are fortunate we could afford to buy another whilst we try and get our money back from this firm who appear to be in complete chaos. A bunch of complete amateurs who should not be in business and distressing on old and vulnerable people with their incompetence.

“Take the money but don't deliver”

So 'the warehouse move' must have finished by now!! Sadly I haven't received the over chair table I ordered for dad on 23/04/19 though the £89.95 was taken from his bank account with alacrity! We have not had an order acknowledgment, dispatch email, the item or a missed delivery card from any courier (though dad is housebound so is in). Three email requests for a refund have been ignored - the first response just said 'sent by parcelforce' no tracking, no mention of investigating, no response since.

Ordered a shopping trolley 31/05/2019 tried 4 e mails 2 phone calls waited 11 mins last one just a recorded message again and again still trolley my money has gone bear this in mind if you think of ordering I'm contacting trading standards in the hopes of getting my moneyback but don't hold much hope disgusting lack of interest to customers

“Shocking personal service”

SHOCKING SERVICE Good value products but if something goes wrong at their end, don't expect good service! Got no acknowledgement of payment through PayPal in spite of copying this confirmation to them along with the proof the equivalent money went out of my bank on that date. Wrote three times, including in their sales dept. once. Asked for Tracking. NO ONE REPLIED TO ANY. 30 DAYS LATER CLAIMED THROUGH PAYPAL AND MY FULL PAYMENT REFUND CAME THROUGH IN 24 MINUTES! Make of this what you want. If I could give a zero for service I would. An email explaining the issue should not have been beyond them. I have never written a bad review before. jk

Ordered items on 17.08.18 at 10.30 am as website says items in stock ,says you will receive e-mail stating order was dispatched , Monday no e-mail so chased up and informed that order had been picked and packed ,ready for dispatch with royal mail 48 hr tracked ,well I thought Wednesday order would arrive , 1 week later still no order ,no response from care shop despite 3 emails asking for the tracking number for parcel .

“Terrible communication”

Placed an order nothing arrived within 3 - 5 days as stated on their website. Called they said one item was out of stock. They sent the order less the one item which they said would be delivered in a few days. Nothing arrive called them after a week, they said item is still out of stock. Cancelled order, told them never to contact me again with marketing info. This is the second time in two orders with this company that I have experienced this. If they communicated and kept informed it would not be so bad, but they do not, they are an appalling company, use at your peril.

“forget 7 day delivery”

after 8 days i sent them email message to cancel my order if they had not posted my order. online it says wait up to 25 days for delivery, when i ordered it stated 5-7 days. reply came back sorry for delay my order is due to be picked I should receive delivery soon? why order something urgent for someone who is in need of it. never again.should have purchased it on eBay.

“Worst company ever”

Ordered item ,got email detailing when to expect item,wrong item arrived ,they arranged return all going great,then it all starts I wait 4 days then I phone them get woman on other end of phone oh right I'll look into it for you ,oh we've sent correct item out ,nothing wait 4 days I use same phone can't get through ,can't get through,can't get through tried house phone straight through ,o we've sent it ten days ago can't understand why not received I'll just check ,I said you track all items ,she hung up guess what when I use house phone I can't get through,let's try email yep think they've barred me too ,I ordered a shower stool it OT got round to getting stuff for me they said it would take six weeks ,guess what all there stuff have arrived and fitted still waiting on my shower stool from complete care shop ,won't be using again,guess what biggest council in Scotland avoid them like the plague says it all really...

Have received two black Springer ferrules with NO end rubber. Packaging clearly has outline of these but not in packaging. E-mail to you had a reply 'were being sent', not received.
