I ordered a suction grab rail for my Mum. Product arrived quickly but doesn't work as grab rail won't adhere to tiles or wall and actually came off in my Mums hand when she tried to use it. Complained to company who told me I needed to wait in all day for someone to collect it. When I said no they said they couldn't take my word it was faulty and there was nothing they could do. Rude staff. Won't be using them again.
