I have recently tried to order multiple items from Boots, some as gifts for friends and family, some as stocking up during a good offer. I do not and never have sold the products on. Mysteriously many orders got cancelled, no explanation. Twice I emailed to ask why, no answer. This is a horrible insulting way to conduct business and in my view renders them unworthy of my business. So as their good customer for so many years, I will now seek alternatives to the products that I love. Clearly they do not value their customer base, so many similar accounts online. Love the products, hate the way the company conducts its businesss.
