My order has just been delivered in a great condition. It took only 4 working days(free shipment). Contact with Customer Service was also decent. But, while awaiting for my order to be delivered I have ready so many negative comments that I was almost sure my delivery would not come.I was so mad at myself that I had not read comments before placing an order. Although it may sound unfair, I would not buy from beautybay again, as it seems that lost parcells is a common problem for them. Prices are tempting and I have experienced profesional service, but before I order once again I will reconsider it twice.
