I ordered a bottle of wine for a friends 40th birthday 5 weeks prior to the event. The bottle never arrived. Successive emails to the company resulted in one acknowledgment response to state they would look into it. Several follow up mails from myself requesting and them demanding a refund garnered no reply from the company. In the end I had to instruct my bank to initiate a debit card claw back of money paid. Ironically this turned out to be the most efficient element of my dealings with Wine Memories.
