Very slow e-mail communication system with Eebria. Ordered another cider gift from another company and they delivered within 48 hours as promised No third parties. Rather too late really for the thank you gift intended for the recipient. Eebria need to check the systems as 2 damaged boxes are a little suspect I feel

The selection of Gadds brewery products was excellent, with the website being incredibly easy to use, and delivery fast and efficient, with good communication throughout. After trying mad kitty in the shambles tavern in York we decided to try and source some to have at home. We were pleased to find Eebria.com sold this lovely beer. I ordered whilst in York and 2 days after returning my parcel arrived with UPS. The beer arrived well packaged and even felt refrigerated. Will definitely be using again. It’s better to order large quantities as the delivery charge is the same. And the prices are very reasonable.

I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived within 48 hours despite being within a few days of Christmas, which was very quick and extremely convenient. Ordered some cider as a surprise 50th birthday gift but the box was delivered to a local convenience store with no notification. Only when I tracked the order did I find out where it was. Really not impressed as I thought I had paid for door to door service, not a drop off at some random shop.

Have just received the best of Somerset from Eebria; beers from the little Quantock Brewery near Taunton and a range of ciders from long established Sheppy's. I knew my boyfriend loves Wild Horse Beer but he thought it could only be bought at a pub in Llandudno, so I was very happy when I saw it could be purchased online! It was a reasonable price and offered a mix and match set with a glass. I ordered it 3 weeks in advance, assuming it was a small independent company that would take weeks to deliver... it arrived at my door 3 days later! I will definitely be using them again... I'm guessing for all of his future birthdays haha

Placed the order, but couldn't pass age verification. I'm 5x, been at the same address 21 years, on the electoral roll for 8 years, what system are they using? They approved it manually fairly quickly. Order tracking number sent, saying "Parcelforce" with that weblink but number provided didn't work for Parcelforce - wrong length. Wrote to them and they replied "oh it's UPS" - not even a "sorry". UPS site said "label has been printed" and no further information. Nothing. 6 days after the order was placed, half of it showed up, as their warehouse had printed two packing slips / address labels, clearly labelled "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" and some bright spark had folded it in half and sent both but with just one case of Ale and not two. Still waiting for resolution. Selling goods online should be fairly easy right? Not here.

This is a great site if you like your beer!! It was very easy to find the brewery and ale that I wanted to order( tasted while on a cruise ship and nowhere near us).It has very clear information about the cost of delivery and I think very reasonable costs. I ordered on the Monday and it arrived Wednesday.....well boxed and all in one piece. I will definitely be using again.

I placed an order with plenty of time for my Son's birthday, only to find that the order had not been delivered, but returned to depot without informing me. Having contacted EEBRIA 4 times through their website, as for some bizarre reason they don't like to talk to people, I eventually received a glib e mail saying they would contact the supplier! No apology for the delay, or update as to what was happening. Given the tenor of the two e mails received from EEBRIA, I'm expecting these comments to fall on deaf ears. I am staunch supporter of small business, and my previous role was COO of an e commerce business, so I know a little, and one thing I am sure of is that customer support is paramount. V disappointing.

A great little company offering loads of beers. Struggled at first to register the address for delivery due to not being able to confirm the occupants were over 18, but Kai got back to me within minutes to ensure my order wasn't delayed. Kai then emailed me personally to say when the items were due.. Slight problem with the delivery company - the couldn't find the address - despite house number being on a sign and the front door - so left the delivery card in another address along the road. If it hadn't been for Kai emailing us, we wouldn't have known it had arrived. EeBria at not fault here, just recommend to use a different courier.
