Had a order due between 7--9 on sat nothing turned up or a phone call nothing. I then rearrange for another slot waiting in and get a text saying my card had been declined I had already paid for the shopping on the sat and turned out they tried to take payment again
Asked to speak to a manager told there busy would call me back which never happened so spent all morning on the phone to asda and my bank before finally being told they will return funds to my account which will take 5 working days. Therefore I have no shopping and no shopping money until they return it.
I asked for a number or e mail to complain to be told its all on the website and the person I was speaking to just would not give me the information to complain.
Never again will I use asda
