So, my daughters bought me a "pandora" bracelet for Mothers Day 2021 w/ my 4 granddaughters name AND birthstones...by the end of THE MONTH (MAY 2021), EVERYTHING was turning copper/pink...& being that I love my grandbabies(& bracelet)so much, that I decided to keep wearing the bracelet, it was totally turned that all that was left was for it to break, so of course, then it broke. & of course, I can't post the pictures!!!!! A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE NOR ANYTHING THAT THEY SELL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In August I received a flyer to purchase Essential Oil Refills for the Harmony of Life products. The flyer came in August and I did receive the oils that I had ordered. The more you ordered the less you had to spend. It has been a nightmare. The oils were supposedly at a great cost. Four oils would cost $13.99 and each additional oil would cost $3.00 for a total of $22.99. I was astounded when I received 7 separate invoices each in the amount of $47.50. I sent a copy of the original pamphlet and did not get help of any sort. It is now November. I will be sending the oil back and hopefully I will not get any new invoices. I will not be returning to Bradford Exchange in the future. There customer service is rude and will not forward you to a supervisor. A very unsatisfied customer. I order this personalized Musical Box for My Daughters Birthday 2-25-2020 and was told we would receive it Tuesday March 10,2020. And We used our Debt Card and already paid for it. We have called them several times and they kept changing the date on when we would get it first it was suppose to get her April 7,2020. We Still did not get anything. We called and Told them we just want our Money Back. They said they sent it out on April 15,2020 and we have to wait 15 business days and if we don't get it we have to Wait another 15 days Before We Can do a request to get out Money Back. This Company Sucks.

I have most of a Nightmare before Christmas calendar collection. I just need the calendar and two figures. I contacted the Bradford Exchange to ask if it was possible to order the three items above- yes no problem. I called the next day to place my order and was told that I have to buy four figures- I explained that I had already been called and told that I could order two- put on hold and told "computer says no" I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold again. I was then told a manager would call me in 48 hours. If you look at the way this collection is shown on the Bradford Exchange website it is very unclear and you would think that it all comes for the price shown this is not so and two figures are sent for additional payments on a contract. It’s very unclear and is almost certainly written this way to confuse people into buying a VERY EXPENSIVE collection and with no way out- i.e. you can’t send it back when you find out. As a previous customer of this company its terrible to see them trying to treat customers so badly. Think very carefully if you want to do business with this company.

I ordered 4 trees for my family. cost of tree 159.94 each full payment was made all went through on line with no problem (2 trees with PayPal 2 with my credit card). I received 3 confirmation emails (2 trees where going to the same address other 2 separate address). One was delivered but the other three were not. I phoned Bradford Exchange to ask the expected deliver dates. they stated I had only ordered one tree, they would not accept the fact I had the confirmation emails in my hand when phoning. I had to cancel payments made on line and reorder over the phone all went through again. Thereafter everything went from bad to worse, so many stories. I then received a demand for payment of the last tree, phoned them again and during this call I was told the last two trees (to the same address) had been sent, only one arrived phoned them regarding the other, they said they were holding it back until I paid for it they had previously stated it had been sent I was so angry this meant another phone call to my bank. I will never buy from this company again. So many phone calls to them and so much stress. They don't show or ask customers to review purchases which does give you a hint of their bad practices.

Unfortunately I can't give Zero stars otherwise I would. I purchased a Gold plated ring from them last October for a 60th Birthday present for my mum. She didn't start wearing it until 6th December and it already looks like it is 20 years old. I paid over £120 for this and already the ring is tarnished and unwearable. I have many pieces of jewellery that are gold plated that are over 5 years old and are still as new. I contacted customer services to be told there is only a 120 day guarantee on the ring and basically they just washed their hands of any responsibility from that point. I was reluctant to purchase from them based on a couple of bad reviews however thought I would give the benefit of the doubt. NEVER EVER will i EVER purchase from this company again! Absolutely disgraceful

They use underhand sales techniques, in the catalogue they DO NOT print the total cost just the cost per instalment. they keep sending items you have not ordered.I emailed you last week regarding your underhand sales techniques. If you ever take unauthorised payment again I will see you in court, if you send me anymore of your products without my requesting it, I will see you in court. You are a disgusting company with despicable sales techniques that aim to deceive. This is going on social media and in every review site.

Ordered an engraved ring for a birthdsy present. Money taken in full on day of order. Ring arrived 3 weeks later with NO engraving. After many e mails and calls to a premium rate line was told they could not engrave the ring in my size despite the fact they could send an unengraved ring in my size????? eventually 8 weeks later got a refund. VERY YNRELIABLE. No apology at all.

ORDERED A WATCH IN October FOR A Christmas Present and was assured that it would be there for the day. In November the money was deducted from my account. Phoned then in early December and was told there was no problem with the order. Phoned them again 16th December and was told that it would not be there on time as they had none in stock.

A couple of years ago, I bought 2 rings from The Bradford Exchange, to put away for my daughters, for when I am no longer around. A few months after that, I wanted to buy 2 coins for my grandchildren, but was told that I could only have one. I received that "1" coin, and it was paid for via paypal, as were the rings. For the past week, my husband and I have been bombarded by a series of phone calls, texts and emails, demanding that we are in debt to the sum of over £100. I can confirm that neither my husband or I have received anything which has not previously been paid for, and we are extremely offended by the threatening behaviour from this company. Having tried to email them directly, without success, as the mail just comes back as "unable to deliver", I thought I would try Trustpilot. If anyone else has had this kind of treatment, I would appreciate feedback on how to deal with this situation.

I've discovered my mother wasted a fortune with this this company, 100 plus collector plates, dolls, Queen Mother tea service, various so called special editions, Tankards, Faberge eggs, and all in the belief they would one day be worth more than she paid for them, or at least as much - that's what their marketing suggested at the time anyway, newsletters showing how much it had gone up since she bought it etc. Truth be told you can't give the stuff away, added to which, from the letters I've found she had no end of issues over the time she was buying it. Basically marketing over priced rubbish with a trumped up certificates of authenticity. Even our local charity shop doesn't want it.. says everything, absolute rubbish.

i ordered a dam busters lamp in jan 2015 and on march the 13th 2015 they took £36.98 first payment and was told item would be here by 20th march when i get a call saying wont deliver as not had my payment, i paid by debit card and it shows on my account as taken but they say it never was even though ive sent several E-mails with statement attached they still say never paid, i wont pay again they wont send also ordered heroes of the sky spitfire back in may 2014 told would get by xmas now march and still waiting you can ring and E-mail but never get anywhere i for one will never order again after spending a lot of money with them, they dont give a dam for their customers.

I ordered a Meerkat on a Scooter from them and paid via PayPal - i had a confirmation email from them. After 4 weeks, i phoned to chase the order and they said they had never received it...although i had an email saying they had. I tried to re-order the item, and they tried to charge me another £10 as it had gone up in price. I had to send them the email i received from them so that they would honour the original price. It sounded like they were "doing me a favour" in reducing the cost by £10...no they weren't...it was how much i had paid in the first place. They also said that my PayPal payment had not been approved. How on earth can a PayPal payment NOT be approved when it comes straight out of your bank account and is the safest method of payment? When i asked them why they didn't they say that the payment had been declined - that said that it was common practise...how utterly ridiculous. I will NEVER order from this company again. Diabolical...avoid at all costs. £6.99 for delivery is a rip-off as well.

I ordered the Elsa from Frozen figurine for a Christmas gift in October. I saw it in a glossy magazine. I got a letter to say that my order was successful and that it would arrive in time for Christmas. I started contacting them on the 19th December when there was no sign of it . They said my payment hadn't gone through. Very disappointed that they couldn't tell me earlier. If indeed this was true. They did contact me on the 23rd saying they could send one express if I resubmitted my card details. Sorry too late I bought a lovely alternative from H.samuel. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt as to whether there was a payment problem but they had 2 months to tell me. Not good service and wouldn't have confidence to use them again. I wish I had read reviews before ordering as it would seem I am not alone. How is this company still trading?

I ordered a necklace for someone for Christmas and they emailed it had been shipped the 16th but December 25th and no necklace!! I will NEVER order from this place EVER AGAIN! When I try and track it there is no history where is it????

I ordered a bracelette for my wife to be shipped and arrive by Christmas as it was advertised. Christmas Eve and no present so I went on line to check the order status. After several attempts, the link would not open. So, I called customer service. I couldn't understand a word this person was saying. She new very little english. After getting someone else on the phone, I found out that my gift was not going to ship until February of 2015. Just a little late for Christmas!! I never recieved an e-mail informing me that the bracelette I ordered was on back order and quite frankly the people on the phone couldn't care less. I will never order anything from Bradford Exchange again.

No customer service, No item and as of yet No refund. I ordered a product for Christmas over a month before and was told it would definitely be here. As it's getting close I kept phoning. 2 hours after being told the item would be delivered by news year eve I get an email telling me it should be with me by the end of December. Not once did they tell me there was a delay only after I called dos they say anything. Thank god I paid by PayPal hopefully I should get a refund. I would advise to avoid this company at all costs

I purchased the Walt Disney Christmas tree that lights up and has music thinking my kids would enjoy it. When I ordered I had 14 days to decide to keep it or return so 14 days with no payment ( well so they say)! Once I received it well I took it out had one look and decided it was going back, looked nothing like the pictures even my 3 year old son she the characters look silly. They looked nothing like who they were ment to be. I called asked for returns slips the very next day after I received it and was told 10 days at most. 2 days after getting this they took money from my account ( so hold on thought it was 14 days after receiving)! Then 2 weeks later no return slips and 3 emails( with no reply from them as they said they would)! So I phoned again for the slips to be told they will be sent out. Another 2 weeks later 2 more email without response and another payment out my account plus 2 charges due to payments been taken I am no further on. Just less money and more worries and a big box waitin to go. So please do not buy anything from these people they only want your money

i bought a ww1 coin from Bradford Exchange a number of weeks back for £9.99+£2.99 p+p,that was fine i received the coin it was ok but nowhere near worth £9.99,part of the deal was they send out the other 5 or 6 coins at monthly intervals on approval,if i dont want them i just send them back that was fine,i checked my bank account a couple of days back(as i do every few days)and with horror i see that Bradford exchange have taken another £32.94 from my bank account,fuming i get on the phone to Bradford exchange,eventually after around 20 minutes i get through to a real person,who informs me the £32.94 is for the 2nd coin which is already in the post,as i said they are not even worth £9.99 never mind bloody £32.94 there is no mention on any of their literature to say they take any more money from your account,it makes you think you receive the next coin if you want it then you pay for it,not that i would have bought it at £32.94 anyway,so she tells me when i receive it just to return it,and i will be refunded,and i tell her to cancel all future coins,im even wary wether my money will even be refunded,after i hung up the phone i went straight to my bank to put blockers on them attempting to take any more money from my account without my knowledge,i would advice anyone not to deal with this company,unless you really want ripped off !
