“Same story - inability to deliver in reasonable time!”

I ordered a mobile phone on behalf of my elderly mother on 12th June. The item was shown as "in stock" on the website. A day later I received an email saying that the item had been despatched. Now two weeks later, the link to the courier web site is still showing "Order Generated" but no sign of anything actually being shipped.It was certainly not made clear, prior to ordering, that I should wait 28 days before troubling them again. I ordered the phone as my mother was due to go into hospital - I have now had to lend her another phone.
If you read through the other reviews on this site and you will notice a trend here...
I would strongly advise against ordering ANYTHNG from this company unless you have a month or two to spare before requiring delivery.
The identical phone is available from other suppliers offering next day delivery at the same price. I have learnt from my mistake - I hope others will not fall into the same trap!
