4 weeks down the line and I still have not received a £69.90 refund that is due to me following the return of a seriously damaged item and an item that did not fit the description. I have made numerous phone calls (and it was an utter farce trying to get through on the phone) and not one email in respect of my refund has been acknowledged.
This is appalling treatment of a loyal and honest customer. Scotts of Stow has absolutely no legal right to keep monies owed to me.
Had I known that I would have received such poor service and was likely to be robbed of my hard earned cash, I would never have used this company.
I am still awaiting that refund Scotts!! Deal with it!
