Hold all get to arrive but I wanted to comment on the service. I ordered a Hold all and the money was taken as expected. It was showing as The last one in stock. The following day i received an d mail apologising but the Hold all was not available. ( no problem as I was debating which one to get and I had narrowed it down to 4!) They customer service were very apologetic and refunded my money immediately and offered me a 10% reduction in my next order. I placed an order that evening and the Hold all was dispatched the following day. Fantastic customer service you see very little of these days. The Hold all was also reduced by £130 in the sale for a leather bag these day that's great value. Would recommend on their service alone.

Have bought a new handbag, purse and credit card holder from this website. Well made and loved the idea of putting them in nice reusable bags. Would recommend this excellent company to all my friends and family. Nothing I didn't hate the recent purchases at all.

I ordered a purse and handbag on Wednesday and the products arrived at my door only 2 days later! I live many miles away from the UK so didn´t expect such a speedy delivery. Also the products are top quality, and exactly as they look on the website photos. I´ll definitely buy again and will recommend to friends, colleagues and family.

Brought a rucksack bag was happy with it. But then then zip broke , would not zip to gather so emailed and explained this to them. I have sent it back. But 13 emails to them and still waiting for a reply and a replacement. have not heard anything back.So far its taken 3 months and still trying to get some one to help and sort it out.IT feels like once they have your money they are not interested.So no would not recommend this site. Did order another item but will be sending it back poor lining not finish properly so will fray and come undone

I had previously ordered a Pure Luxuries pearl bracelet from Debenhams for my wife but this never turned up and the best they could offer me was a £5 gift voucher. However, after sending an email directly to Pure Luxuries explaining the problem and the urgency, they emailed me back with a link to the item in question, reduced their price to match Debenhams and delivered it the next day - Panic over! I'm only giving Pure Luxuries A FIVE STAR RATING as there isn't a 6 star! Top Marks, highly recommended.

I too stumbled across Pure Luxuries whilst looking for a man's leather wallet. I placed an order and received my purchase, very nicely packaged within two days! Also fell into temptations way and looked at the discounted handbags, fatal!! Treated myself to a beautiful one which also arrived within two days! The big deal being it's the week before Christmas!! Lots of companies are already saying 'not guaranteed for Christmas' so a huge well done Pure Luxuries. The wallet and bag are made of beautiful soft leather. The colour of the bag is 'smokey blue' and I just love it. A great pity that I have already bought presents for my three daughters so they will have to wait. Anyway I might have been tempted to keep them all. So thank you very much Pure Luxuries, I will most definitely shop with you again.

I stumbled across Pure Luxuries by chance after a Google search, and purchased a gents leather bag. Less than 24 hours later, it arrived perfectly wrapped. The bag itself is exactly as described; beautiful soft leather. I really cannot fault either the service or the goods.

I recently ordered and received a Chestnut leather zip-round wallet, it arrived in quick time and was rapped brilliantly in a slide top wooden case. Once i had managed to get my plastic in i tried to put notes in, but couldn't believe it wasn't deep enough for tens and twenties , also put in a few lottery tickets, when i tried to zip the wallet which wasn't that easy but put that down to being new, it shredded the edges of my money and lotto tickets. I have to fold my money just to shut the wallet (that still isn't that easy). I've bought wallets from america and had similar problems because there notes aren't as wide, but this is from a British company as i understand. Loved it when it arrived, now i just want to bin it

What I liked most was the choices of handbags, suitable stylish bags for all occasions, in various colours to co-ordinate with coats/accessories such as boots and gloves. I particularly like the across body bags. Ordering was easy, price was great and free first class delivery was a bonus! Customer service was exceptional with good communication and updates via email. I received my order within 3 days. The handcrafted leather was super soft, well made and stitching was good. I would definitely keep my eyes open on Pure Luxuries, order from them again and would highly recommend this site for handbag fanatics like myself!

I would like to register a complaint about this store. I bought a belt and gloves through their website. The website wasnt clear about the measure of the belt. I couldnt know if the size informed was the total size of the belt, or the maximum size that it would fit. Knowing that my waist is about 97 cm, I bought the size XL ( up to "105cm" ). When it got home, I notice that the belt was too large for me and then I explained my confusion and asked them If I could exchange. They told me that they had measured on an other size of belt (up to 95cm) and they got to the conclusion that the size informed was the maximum size that the belt would fit. In their own word: "105cm should be the maximum size the XL belt can fit - I've just measured the M/L (95cm) belt, and 95cm measures from the base of the buckle to the furthest pre-punched hole". After reading that I applied exactly the same measuring on the belt that I got and the result was 110cm and not 105cm. I questioned them about it and sent them a picture with the measuring. Asking them to analize, I also told them that the tag on the belt was right (XL). The answer that I got was that if I got the wrong size of the belt I could return the belt. I was hopping that as they sent me a wrong size they would exchange the item, but when the item got back there, they changed the story and told that CK usually does belts larger then what is tagged and they wouldnt exchange my item. They refunded me the belt and the return costs, but refused to send me another belt. I am upset because on the email they told me one thing after I send the picture and then they changed their mind after I sent the product back to them giving me no choice to stay with the larger belt. Now If I want the belt I will have to pay for another shipping fee.

I've just received my gorgeous Rowallan satchel bag and its perfect- just what I wanted. I'm amazed at the speed of service as I only ordered it yesterday afternoon and its here already- that's not even 24 hours ago! I had an email an hour or so after I ordered it to say it had been despatched.You just don't get customer service like this very often nowadays and I'm very impressed. Your website is great, Its good that you show numerous photos for each bag(inside and out) and its a great help that you show them on a 'model' as it makes it easier to judge the size.
