Ordered gift vouchers for sisters birthday paying by credit card.

Site could not process my payment (even though I typed all details in correctly) giving me a message that there had been a problem and vouchers not purchased.

Repeated process and got same message.

Then I get 2 emails telling me my purchase has gone through.

Customer number to call on email is wrong! Then when you redial using right one they keep you waiting for ages with distance selling regulations and tell you you can only cancel within 30 mins of placing an order.

This should have been an easy transaction and has turned into a WASTE OF MY TIME due to poor website design.
