I Orderd a present for a friend and the start of December and still have not received this item. I am emailed so many times and been told that it must of been lost in the post. I have no been asked about 3 times if I would like a refund or for them to send the item out again but this will take 10 working days. I am so unhappy and feel like Ive been messed around so much. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I HAVE TOLD THEM THIS BY EMAIL AND BY THEIR CONTACTS. I really want this sorted!!! I feel so angry and will never be using this company again.
