Bought a personalised pen with a message inscribed on the pen case for my hubby's birthday. I placed the order on a thursday and paid extra for the 24 hour delivery expecting to recieve the order by Saturday. My hubby's birthday was on Sunday and got the order delivered on Monday. Why would you let me pay the extra for 24 hour delivery if it's going to take 72 hours to deliver the package? Product was good but I'm annoyed I was ripped off over the delivery. Not impressed.
