After contacting customer service regarding my undelivered card, I spoke to customer services the person whom I was speaking to tried to blame myself for purchasing second class postage when I explained to her I had purchased first class she then went on to blame it on Royal Mail. Then she started blaming it on me for sending the card too late as you have to send it 5 working days before you want the card to be delivered even though I purchase the card on the 27nd of November and I wanted it to be delivered on the 4th of December. I asked for a refund and she said that I had to wait another 5 working days before I get a refund . This is an unreliable service and I will not be buying from them in the future! I hope this was useful to anyone who is thinking of buying from here.
