I left it late to order a birthday hamper for my Mum in Belfast and the web-site would only show delivery for the day after her big day. I called to see if anything could be done and I was told that the overnight courier had already made their pick up and that the next pick up would be on the following day (too late for delivery on my Mum's birthday). When the customer service agent heard how disappointed I was, she offered to take my Mum's hamper home with her that night and get her husband to drop off the hamper on his way to work the next day! Now that's what I call customer service - enlisting your husband to go over and above the call of duty! Thanks so much - Mum loved the hamper!
