Until September 2016 I was pretty satisfied with MyHeritage. Then an update for the software FTB was introduced. After that, the synchronization of the Family Tree Builder FTB software with the online web page confused all the photos. They were partly not linked at all or linked to wrong persons. I'm sorry to read about the struggle you have experienced with your Family Tree Builder program and I sympathize with the time you have waited so far. I will do all I can to help.

I have located the E-mails you describe in your feedback and have viewed the history and correspondence with it. Indeed I can verify that the support representative you spoke with has used your feedback to recommend a fix for this issue as soon as possible and you were compensated subscription time.

While a fix for this issue will be implemented in the near future, as with most developments in general, this bug still needs to go through some more quality testing to ensure this kind of photo problem doesn't re-appear in the future with the program again.

Please keep in mind that bugs and feature requests are prioritized according to how many users write to support about them and how much resources and time they require of the development team. Some bugs that seem minor may actually be related to the infrastructure and require major changes that affect many other features.

We highly appreciate your patience as we strive to fix the specific issue you report as soon as possible. It shouldn't be that long until it is fixed.
