Great potential, but...

...My biggest problem is that they will release a potentially great game, and then not fix the bugs in it. I have beta tested for them twice and even then they don't listen to members. They just use us to tweak the aesthetics of the game, rarely the problems.

Next, they charge a lot of money for a subscription, and once they get that they want money for gems if you are to have any of the animated mini items or extra badges. They would profit more to give these things to members and sell them to non members. More incentive to sign up.

In the past I have had my paypal automatically drafted for a sub after a year, when I didn't want the sub. I have been suspended for answering someone's question of where to find a discontinued product by suggested a very well known dot com. I am frequently harassed by players who feel they have a right to insist I play a game a certain way. And my favorites to play all have glitches which affect game play.

I keep going back because despite the bugs, they have the best game ideas and safest game environment. So, I keep hoping they will grow a brain and address their issues. Definitely not worth getting a membership right now.
