I have deposited over a 1000 pound in the last 5 weeks and got zilch the bonuses on the slots are absolutely shocking I know its gambling but this site is on another level no one can be that unlucky they just take and take.

This a joke with withdraw time. When you have some small amount withdraw then pay quick money into your account but when you have big winning then you have to wait over 24hr. Deposit its take in sec but you have to wait for your winning longer. Dont lie that site has quick withdraw as dont have !!

If you win they close your account without reason and you loose your money

I have 2 pending withdrawls from 19th December and 8th January one of which was accidental deposit as they automatically put a 5 in front of what you put in on PayPal. Contacted them over 12 times now only to get the same response of I will message the relevant department do not play on here as you will never get your withdrawl although the take your money in seconds!!!!

Internal policies not terms and conditions stop them paying you out when you win. Happy to take your money when your losing. Very poor customer service

Deposit and get £50 bingo bonus...NO they just give you 50 tickets. Very misleading. Also it says refer a friend deposit 10 and wager 20 then the person referring gets£20 . after speaking to an agent and setting a limit, I end conversation and go to set a limit and find they have closed my account , I enquire why and get the answer, one of your answers concerned us so we felt that closing your account was in your best interest, so I have to send a complaint by email or write a letter and send to Gibraltar. I do not expect any thing to come from my complaint so am also looking to report this to the uk gambling commission and advise anyone else to do the same if they have problems with this site.

Absolute joke of a site. Deposited £10 to get 30 free slots and 200 games of bingo and never got them. Wouldn’t let me play slots as it says it’s not compatible with my device however when spending the £10 of my own money it would let me play it... funny that. Terrible. Win when first open your account and then loose all the time. Over £10000 or £15000 gone within a few months and nothing. Would not recommend. If you’re given vip status after spending a few thousand, and then you decide to set a limit for playing they remove your vip status without even informing you! Wouldnt even give it one star!
