I ordered an Orchid to be sent to France for my Mothers Birthday. Two weeks later it still hasn't arrived, they wont refund the money and all i've been offered is a £5 voucher.

Awful customer service and so angry that i've paid for something they haven't supplied.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company as all you risk is upset and loosing money.
