Terrible experience with this website. I ordered flowers to be delivered and they have not been delivered - it is impossible to get hold of the company to write a complaint as the email link does not work on their website. Clearly a sham company that are very unreliable. Extremely unhappy that my 85 year old Grandma did not receive her flowers for her birthday. Never use this website.
