100% satisfaction guarentee as iflorist state on their site was sadly not my experience this is my second year of using them and twice they didnt deliver on the day or as yet still waiting 2 days later for Mothers Day and last year my stepmothers birthday it is hugely upsetting when I dont see my stepmum and father very often and this meant a lot to me - I asked for a refund they didnt oblige as yet iflorist we have no flowers - do the right thing! take care of your customers.
