I ordered my mum a bouquet of flowers to arrive on Mother's Day at a cost of £35. I ordered them in good time and for delivery on the Sunday. I am so disappointed that the flowers did not arrive. No email or phonecall and by time I realised the customer services had closed. What an unreliable company. Will never use again and do not recommend
