I ordered 2 bouquets for my mother for mother's day, one from me and one from my sister. Neither arrived.
I called over 20 times from 9.00 am to 11.45 pm and received either a busy tone or a message saying they were closed! When I finally got through - after being on hold for 8 mins on my mobile (I was using my land line as well), I was told they could not call me back because they were "busy" - probably managing all the other complaints they undoubtedly received.
Oh, I also sent two mails - one on Sunday (for which I did receive a reply) and another first thing Monday morning for which I am still waiting a reply.
SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! DO NO USE. I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
