Firstly I ordered some flowers for christmas eve and did so with plenty of time beforehand.
They are saying that the flowers were delivered on the 28th (4 days too late) and that we refused the parcel. This was not the case my relative just simply never got the flowers. When you try to contact them the phone lines conveniently go off and the online chat service is rarely on. You never get an email reply.
I wanted a refund due to the fact xmas has been and gone but they refused to do so and said all they could offer was to send a new bunch of flowers out for the same value. I'd of expected full money back or the option of a nicer bunch of flowers. I got no apology which upset me the most.
Wasted so much time chasing this
DO NOT USE THEM is my opinion on this company
