I have NEVER in my life used encountered such bad customer service. I wanted my sister to receive flowers in her new home as she had just moved abroad. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered but the order feedback email does NOT contain any phone address so I could only follow up by email. They did not respond to my three queries within 72 hours let alone within the prescribed 48 hours. I only received a response when I went on their live chat page and they stated that the order had gone into the their bad address folder. Please DO NOT USE them and avoid disappointment.

Wish I'd seen this before I ordered a Basket for my friend in Canada, it was Her Birthday yesterday and I can't track the order, have sent them 2 e mails as online help/support not available and when I called the number it was a recorded message saying to e mail them...also says on the automated reply that if you send e mail message more than once it will go into their spam folder? Unreal!!
