A Joke

I ordered Lily of the Valley for Mother's Day to be delivered in Colorado on May 8th, 2015. The flowers were delivered and I was very disappointed when I saw the flowers upon my arrival to Colorado on Saturday, May 9th, 2015.

The flowers were very small, the leaves were already turning yellow with the flowers drooping.

The flowers were a great disappointment for the money I spend and had expected something nicer/better quality. In addition, the invoice was included as part of the shipping package.

E-mail was forwarded on May 11, 2015 and subsequently re-sent three times.

Contacted Whole Blossoms by telephone four (4) times requesting a refund. Depending on who you spoke with the claim was approved and later denied. Requested to speak to a supervisor, and customer service representative stated "I do not have a supervisor".

If your flowers start dying within 24 hours, and you do not file a complaint the same day your flowers are delivered, your complaint will be dismissed.

Do not waste your time and money ordering flowers from Whole Blossoms.
