The Delivery was Never Made.
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my in laws on 7/23/15 for both my mother in law and also my father in law. The order was placed that morning before 7:45 am and was guaranteed to be delivered that day by 5pm. My father in law was given a negative report on some test results and my mother in law took the news extremely hard and had to be rushed to the ER and ended up staying in the hospital through Wednesday Eve. We never received a call from my in laws , as they were unaware we were sending them an arrangement. This prompted my phone call on Friday afternoon around 1 - 1:30. I was told that they were spry and would have them delivered by 7pm that night. They offered me a coupon for the inconvenience. I explained what would a coupon do and why would I want to order from them again if they couldn't fulfill their original commitment? Well, the flowers were never delivered on Friday. I got a voicemail message around 4:30 stating that the delivery couldn't be made Friday and would be made on Saturday by 3pm. I forced to speak with a supervisor and I spoke with the agent and I expressed the details which really should not be necessary of why we were trying to show our family some sort of compassion and support along with a little love and hopefully bring some joy and a smile to their face during this hard time. She guaranteed that she would personally call the florist and make sure that thee flowers would be delivered by 3pm on Saturday. Well, to No surprise, I got a call on my cell phone around 4pm by another rep stating that the flowers were not delivered and would need to be delivered on Monday that it was too late for anyone to get out there to their home. I was livid and pass frustrated, angry, MAD to day the least! Professional???? Not At All! Customer Service, Nope!!! Helpful, Absolutely Not!!! Responsible, For get it!!! And I'm sure you probably can guess what I received from Teleflora on Monday..... An Email Stating that My Order Had Been Cancelled !!! No call from them just an Email!! And to my surprise as of yesterday, Friday July 31, my credit card had not been refunded!!! So to say the least, I NEVER Write reviews , But I could not stay away from doing this to hopefully Help EVERYONE Be AWARE that TELEFLORA is the WORST COMPANY to deal with on So MANY LEVELS. It has been a Nightmare to deal with all of these people. I probably spoke with over 6 people throughout this whole experience! STAY AWAY BEWARE Don't WASTE your Time, Efforts, or your Money !!!
