I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. My son was due to be there that day so it was part of his present to her. I left an instruction to leave on the door step if she wasn't in. I got an email and text to say they were on their way, and then two hours later a 'failed delivery' email/text. I phoned my and they had both been in all day. There was no card left, nothing. I filled in their stupid form four times and they didn't contact me once.
I checked back in the evening and still no sign of the flowers. By this time the surprise had been rather ruined. I wrote again and asked for them to be delivered the following day. I checked in the morning and the flowers were out for delivery. I checked in the afternoon (obviously they don't do any notifications for second time deliveries) and it had failed again. Recipients again in all day. No card. No contact. And I couldn't log into my account. Requested password about 8 times. It was never sent.
I am so incredibly disappointed. I don't think the courier company even bothered to try. Why else wasn't there a card? Utterly useless company. Avoid like the plague.
