Flowers ordered for my birthday by my son, flowers were to be delivered to my work address as a surprise, they were delivered to wrong company on same industrial estate so the driver took no notice of company he was delivering too, when the were refused and I contacted them via email as phone line doesn't exist (dodgy) they told me they were given wrong address therefore cannot give a refund. The flowers were requested on 18th sept but were attempted to be delivered on 19th, thus them not adhering to there own terms and conditions. This has been going on since 18th sept and is a joke. They have told me I m entitled to nothing but as a good will gesture I can order another bouquet for 50% off. Really I don't think so.
I have contacted trading standards and watchdog as I am appalled by the service and excuses they give.
