I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mum as a surprise, delivery time stated between 8am-8pm which I thought great I know she was going to be in all day!! It got to around 7.40pm and I still hadn't heard anything from my mum because I know she would of rang me as soon as she got them.
I emailed the company to ask if they was still out for delivery because when I tryed to track them it was still saying "out for delivery". I received an email back saying they deliver till 9pm but still received no flowers.
Emailed them back the day after because no one had turned up with them, they emailed me back saying the delivery was refused, which is a lie because no-one had even shown up to deliver them.

I asked for a refund only to be told that I wouldn't be getting a refund because they were refused even tho I stated no one came to deliver anything.
So I can if they would send out some more flowers which is only fair because I didn't receive what I'd payed for, only to be told I could order some more flowers at half the price!!!
Why on earth would I part with more of my money if I didn't receive what I payed for in the first first place??

The customer service is a disgrace you can't even speak to anyone you just get automated emails all the time which is very frustrating!!

Please people don't get taken in by serenata flowers!!!

I too ordered flowers for my partners birthday 24/01/18 they didn’t arrive and was told by seranata that it would be 29th/01/18 I said the flowers would be dead by then. They use Yodel who are a waste of time courier. I asked why they didn’t tell me when I ordered them, but there excuse was I lived on Isle of Skye and was very far for the courier n could not give a exact time, it’s their Responsable for the courier.i am waiting for a refund but I’m still furious of such bad service. Never use them
