If you buy flowers from Serenata expect you Youtube adds to be bombarded by Senenata Adds. I will never use them again. Also beware of not being charged weekly for flower deliveries.

Not only did they not send the flowers or chocolates to my mother, who had just received an awful diagnosis.... They sent just the "You deserve flowers card". She thought that I was being sarcastic, and was upset, making the hardest day even harder. Having looked at their reviews, I would of expected dead flowers, or just not delivering any any thing. But sending a card with my sentiments only is just cruel. This is an awful company, don't risk it. They seem to have staff that delight in making recipients miserable.

When you search for a local florist Serenata will likely come top on Google but don't be fooled, they're an online business based in Malta. They courier flowers out from distributors across Europe. I ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary and they arrived damaged and in very poor general condition having spent all day in the back of a van. Florist vans are usually air conditioned, courier vans are not! The courier even pulled the box out of the van and tossed it in the air before handing it to me! To add insult to injury, when your flowers dispatch you get an email telling you that they are being "chauffeured" - I'm not daft and didn't expect this but the manner in which they are actually sent takes the biscuit. When I complained I was offered a 15% discount for one damaged rose and assured the remaining flowers would bloom within 48 hrs as they are in "bud form". This is utter rubbish - most of the bouquet are cheap chrysanthemums (petrol station flowers) and all are in poor condition. Save yourself half the money and all the hastle and go to your local florist, M&S or Waitrose instead. Customer service insisted they were right and refused to refund me.

My son lives and works overseas and often sends flowers and I send photos in return. I sometimes have to be a little 'creative' to disguise broken stems and blooms damaged in transit. However, disguising flowers which are in such such poor condition, dead and dying, before being damaged further in transit is beyond me. There was some damage in transit but some flowers had leaves curling at the edges and petals turning brown and wilting. Also, the flowers had been standing in a 'gel pouch' which had been pierced by a stick whish was part of the packaging. The gel had leaked everywhere. The box in which the flowers were delivered is marked 'this way up' which in this case should have been horizontal but they were left in my porch, whilst I was at home, with the box standing upright which left the flowers inside standing on their heads. That clearly didn't help the situation and certainly didn't help the flowers and 'greenery' which were already long past their best. This situation can't be retrieved but I will have to disappoint my son by asking him not to use Serenata again.

Ordered what is described as the 'Love Letter', twenty-four red roses for £39.99 and paid an additional £9.99 for premium guaranteed delivery before 1pm. What arrived was six tiny pink roses with some other weed-like foliage all squashed up in flat cardboard envelope. Do not trust this company to deliver what you ordered for a special occasion. Disgusting, despicable service.

Trusting the good reviews I ordered a postbox bouquet two weeks in advance for a Saturday delivery. On the delivery day the status is "in production" instead of out of delivery. I email asking for an update - get a copy&paste response straight from a website that doesn't even address my question. Email again on Sunday - "oh sorry we can deliver it on Monday". An hour later - "oh sorry we'll only have these flowers on Tuesday". If you want your occasion ruined use this wonderful service, who knows, you might maybe actually get what you ordered.

Always late so the flowers are not fresh. Don`t bother with these if you need the flowers to arrive on a specific date. They are always a day or 2 late

Absolutely awful experience! I would definitely never recommend this company again. I’d ordered some flowers for a 50th birthday and they arrived in a very damaged and awfully packaged box and the flowers were damaged too! When I wrote to complain, having already sent around 6 photos, they responded and asked me to send more photos of the flowers in a vase - so after already sending my friend an appalling bouquet in my behalf, they were then expecting me to pester my friend again to get more photo evidence! Utterly appalled at this experience and how 6 photos is not enough evidence is ludicrous! They’re just trying to get out of accepting any blame/fault and I will definitely never use them again!!!

Ordered the flowers in plenty of time, in the morning of the day before my wife's birthday. The company states "next day delivery" We had a party planned, and I expected, like most companies, that the flowers would arrive around late morning. After much chasing up, the flowers arrived after 8pm. What a total waste of time and money. The party had finished, everyone had gone home. Customer services simply quote a well hidden T&C. Avoid like the plague, next day delivery it is not. Their business plan is flawed and they will let you down. Flowers were poor quality too.

I ordered sweet embrace flowers for my daughter in law, for £39 altogether and they are awful. Not only were 3 stems thrown away but omg the lack of flowers were all dying and wiltering. You can buy better in supermarkets for a fraction on the price. I am going to contact my credit card and cancel the payment as its false advertisement and no way anything like the picture. I'm so disappointed and they don't care and not interested in resolving my complaint.

Don’t use this company! My flowers were ordered for my sister in law’s birthday and they still have t arrived with no expected date of delivery given. I have spoken to automated customer service and they are zero help! You will be disappointed, use a local florists.

Simple - do not use them. I received a bunch of flowers with 4-5 broken, most not in bloom. Embarrassing to have bought this for someone. And when I then contacted their 'customer service', they wold me this is the quality one can assume at Serenata Flowers. OMG, if so, never ever order from them !!!

As others have said - wilted, almost dead flowers arrive packed in small box. Poor quality card with missing text also sent - not sure who they are from. I would never use this company (at least not for someone I cared about).

I am absolutely disgusted with this order. It's the first time I've used your company and for £35 I'd expect a better product. I purchased this bouquet to give to my Mum on Mother's Day and judging by what she has received, she probably thinks her hate her. Most of the flowers are squashed or flattened. The leafs are shrivelled or dead. You don't say on your site that they get delivered in a box and need to be assembled upon delivery, the picture shows a bouquet in wrapping with a bow! You are misrepresenting your product and misleading your customers. Absolutely shocking to charge that much and just post a load of dead flowers in a box. Tried emailing the company but once I filled out the complaint form and tried to send, I get an error message saying 'An error was encountered. Please verify your data and try again'.
