The ordering process was slightly confusing as the website kept going down for maintenance.

I was slightly concerned that my order had not been processed because of the website problems and because I didn't receive a confirmation of order to my email, so I emailed contact us who confirmed an order had been placed.

The flowers were delivered on time and although I never saw them, or the quality, my mother and father in law were pleased.

However, I discovered at the end of the month that they had actually taken payment twice & when I emailed to complain I was asked to send a copy of my bank statement or similar to prove it! how would they not know??

Finally I did receive an email saying that they would refund me but the money isn't back in my account yet!

I wouldn't recommend this site, it was stressful from start to finish!
