“Valentines Rip-off”

I was sent 12 premium red roses on valentines day £38 .I contacted them on the 14th Feb. They were in the bin by the 17th Feb .Absolute disgrace to charge the price they did.I have e-mailed pictures of the bouquet and called several times but keep getting fobbed off and told by customer services that they have sent me e-mails but I haven,t rec,d anything from Prestige flowers.I will definitely NOT be using this company again!!!!
Disgrace.
