“Very Bad Experience”

To all the customers,I Recently ordered a Bouquet from prestige flowers..I never received the right bouquet as showen on the wwbsite..also I also ordered an add on item(Vase),that also I never received but they deducted money(cost of vase) from my account & when I made a complaint about it they made lots of excuse which was quite frustrating..I will never suggest anyone to buy flowers online, you can get cheaper & handpicked products from the supermarkets easily..:(
