Order placed in advance ... A telephone call to confirm delivery, and TWO email confirmations received from M&S that the flowers would be delivered on FRIDAY 13 MARCH... Mothers Day now past and NO delivery. Prior appalling service now confirms that this family will never use this service again. M&S seem to think that the answer is to provide a replacement ..... An evaluation of their service and contract with the public is well over due.
