“Comlete Christmas package ”

I ordered this complete Christmas package for my elderly mother. Phoned her to check if it arrived on time. It did but in a terrible state. The box was not sealed, sodden with lots of mud that smelt like sewage. Only one item in box rather than three and I had to explain to her what the object was meant to be. My mother explained the sewage like smell was so bad she could not bring it in the house. This smelly mess cost me £75. Complained to Marks & Spencer's who stated it was the couriers fault, thus implying they could not make sure such gifts reached their customers in an acceptable and hygenic condition. Although I was refunded the cost, my poor mother won't get an acceptable non sewage smelling Christmas present untill after Christmas.
I will never be using Marks and Spencer's again - and of course be warning all friends and work colleagues of my and my mothers experience
