Exactly the same experience as Flowershopper who posted on 22/4/2014.
Did not deliver and poor customer service. when I emailed I was given a number to ring and after a discussion I was offered a refund or would ring and stop the delivery of the SAME flowers 5 days late!! I did ask for compensation in the form of flowers as a gesture of good will to make up for the upset and disappointment, but this was declined,as Lillian Rose were out of pocket.
Thankfully I got a refund, but it would appear that the national delivery company used needs to be replaced by a reliable firm to prevent this from happening time after time.
Would suggest shop elsewhere to avoid disappointment, upset and embarrassment.
