READ & DIGEST BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! I ordered a Sweet Dreams bouquet online to be delivered for Mothers Day 2014 from the Yarmouth branch of Lillians, glad that they arrived on time my Father emailed me a photo & I was embarrassed at how pathetic they looked. I emailed customer services to ask if my order was correct.
My list of finding on this shower of a florists are below
1) On ordering I inserted in block letters what I want written on the message card inside, yet when the flowers arrived my Mother didn’t know who the were from as instead of reading ‘To Mum’ understandably on Mothers day, they were ‘To her first name’ which I have never called her in my life out of respect.
2) Do not be deceived by the online image like I was, I actually upgraded the bouquet to get the same as the more expensive image shown, chalk & cheese springs to mind, it had under half the blooms that were shown and was jammed full of cheap gypsum & leaves, deceitfully misleading!
3) I then had a reply from the director/manager named M sadly WITH NOT SO MUCH AS A SIMPLE SORRY but admitting they checked their records and the wrong size bunch had been sent out and my credit card will be refunded asap.
4) I then asked if her driver would be picking up the wrongly delivered flowers, to which I am still awaiting a reply.
5) 4 days later (today) I get a reply saying M has taken legal advice and will only refund the £5 difference between bunch sizes ordered, so once again Lillian flowers full of false promises, (their legal advisors must be on maximum overtime after reading the reviews on here, oh how I wish I had seen them sooner)
6) Then to add insult to injury M replied to my email using the name Mr Poxy!!!!!! ….. I was utterly shocked, this is the level of customer relations from M the director/manager, believe it!!!!
7) Then a second reply arrived within minutes asking me to forgive her typing but she has a migraine!!!!! ….. I asked it isn’t’ guilt kicking in then??? ….. I very much doubt it.

So buy from this supplier at your peril, don’t say you haven’t been warned!!!!

Personally I would have been better off with a bunch from Lidl’s, and got better service!!!
