I'll NEVER order from this company again.

After speaking with our mom/mother-in-law yesterday, we learned her flowers were never delivered. (I specifically used JustFlowers.com because I wanted the flowers delivered on Mother's Day.) This morning my husband received an automated call saying the order was delayed and offered an apology. I spent an hour trying to get through to someone (disconnected, given a phone number to call only to find it wasn't in service, etc). When I finally spoke with someone the representative told me their policy was to deliver the next day. I told them I would like the cost of shipping refunded. When the representative said no and I told her I'd like to cancel my order she offered me a $5 discount. When I said no to that she offered me $10. I still said no and at that point was put on hold for several minutes. The representative came back several minutes later and said they would refund my money. I'll be sure to call them back in 14 days if it's not there. I will never use JustFlowers.com again.
