Ordered my flowers 5 days before I wanted them delivered, delivery day came and went, no flowers!
Passed from pillar to post all day on the phone trying to find out where they were, apparently nobody knew and I didnt get any answers, I did eventually get a full refund
Shocking customer service, definitely do not recommend this company and will not be using them again
