I ordered a bouquet of flowers for valentine's day. I got confirmation that the flowers were out for delivery. By 8:30pm, the flowers had not been delivered and no one from Interflora even had the courtesy to call and give me an update. I tried to call them and the office was closed. I sent an email and I received an apology stating I would be refunded in full. The point is the occasion had been missed and the disappointment can never be cured by the refund. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER order anything from Interflora and my advice to other customers, don't use Interflora unless you do not care when or whether the flowers would be delivered.
