“Disgraceful Customer Service”

Ordered a planter on 28th February to arrive today (4th March) for my elderly mother to cheer her up on the day of the year's anniversary of the death of my Dad. By 6.10pm the planter had still not arrived so I tracked my order online which came up as stating order not delivered. It then took me 24 minutes to get though to Customer Service where I had the utter misfortune of being connected to someone. I have to say speaking to the robotic voice of an answer message would have been more pleasant and informative. I think perhaps this person should be suggested for re-training! Completely insensitive, disinterested and bordering on catatonic!
