“Bouquet was awful....”

On behalf of our company I ordered flowers for someone who was leaving. I ordered "Perfect Pink" as pink is one of her favourite colours. I ordered them for same day delivery as it was a last minute thing and they arrived on time which was good. But immediately we could see that the whole arrangement was very unsatisfactory.

1. There was lots of gaps in the arrangement which made the whole thing look a bit and small and sad and stingy.
2. Most of the flowers were white not pink as ordered.
3. The one rose that was in the arrangement had petals that were browning and torn.

On the whole, I was embarrassed to hand it over to our leaving friend.

I complained on the Interflora website, and recieved a note saying it was being looked into. But I have received nothing since.

I am sorry I trusted Interflora with this. I expected better... I will not use them again. Next time I'll check reviews first.
