rip off merchants

My daughters sent flowers through Interflora for mothers day as they live in the UK and I live in France.They came on time but the order was for £50 worth of pink/white roses as chosen from Interfloras selection page..What I received was beyond belief...8 tiny yellow withered tulips,and 6 revolting deep purple hyacinths that were smelling and looking rotten and a piece of dried up fern..I could've brought that weird colour combination in any supermarket for £3.00..they had no wrapping or card attached, merely a delivery card in my mailbox requesting I go to the assigned flower shop 6km away to collect and I was told that the flowers they had put aside i.e this awful bunch of withered hyacinths n tulips was my order...fair enough its France and Interflora can't necessarily check on all florists worldwide to check quality and service but only use quality reliable florists then...it was actually rather upsetting as I have not been well lately and to see that on mothers day was depressing as I knew my girls had spent a lot of money..£50 is a lot for 12 roses and I just hope interflora do the right thing and re -imburse them,as they are currently looking into it..my son sent me a white bouquet in a vase 2 years ago which cost him over £60 and they arrived all dead and crispy with broken packaging...I never ever want a single flower from Interflora again this company is shabby and an expensive rip off...top prices don't mean top flowers..
