i waited all day for our delivery.when the delivery guy finally turned up, he went straight to the back of the house shoved it under the bbq and put a card in my door saying i was out. i saw him do all of this. he never even knocked. i thought it was all a bit odd. i managed to get it in ( it was heavy and i am heavily pregnant) and opened it up. it was just soil and smashed glass!!! i have been trying hours and hours to get through on there customer service line and it rings twice and cuts out! i cant even get hold of them. that package cost me £40!! im fuming
